I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS!
HOW ON EARTH DID THIS HAPPEN?
For this to happen on such a cold wintery day too!!! I just took this airline last week. AHHHHHH! I just feel so thankful. I hope that everyone is safe and protected getting off of that aircraft!

Whew…that was terrible but the pilot deserves a lot of credit for saving those folks while under a lot of pressure
