HAPPY THANKSGIVING to ya’ll!
Don’t you just love Thanksgiving?
I’m trying to not slip into another food coma… HELP!!!!
The apple pies, the turkeys (or Tofurky for you vegetarian & vegans out there…) the stuffing, cranberry sauce… mmm mmm MMMM, you get the point!
But is the point to just eat yourself into a gluttonous oblivion? I can’t lie that its kind of fun… hee hee, I LOVE a good pig out. Shouldn’t we wake up every morning and be thankful for being alive and then keep up the thanks for the remainder of the day?
Well… thats how I live my life. Its not about one day of “being thankful” (which most people don’t even bother to do – they just make it about a good meal and travel, perhaps with a dash of dysfunctional family & friends drama… some of the horror stories I hear) its about giving and sharing and paying your good fortune to others. Can’t you remember a time in your life when you were so happy or when something helped you in a way that just blew your mind? If not then CREATE a moment like that. Wouldn’t it be nice to do the same for someone else?
Ah, alas! I feel like eating more – I just can’t help it. My mother is such a wonderful cook and I just can’t stop eating today. Thanksgiving or not that is just how it is whenever she cooks. She has a gift…
Anyhoo: BE WELL, BE HAPPY AND BE POSITIVE EACH AND EVERY DAY!!!!

Wow! Your very first thanksgiving day ever? Congrats!
Mac and cheese is always a plus in my book…YUM! Especially with bread crumbs on top, layered on.
Now I’m getting hungry…
