It’s all about being the best YOU! GET UP AND GLOW

I woke up this morning and looked out the window to find that it was another grey day! UUUUUUGH!
I have to admit that I am not one who enjoys dim light and cold air, uck. In fact, I loathe both! I immediately wanted to retreat back into my warm covers and dream the morning and quite possibly the afternoon away. I am naturally bright and sunny inside and out and I expect that to reflect in my current physical reality. But what can I do?!?! I can’t control the daylight savings or mother nature I can only control myself and do everything I can to make me feel happy and special no matter what is going on around me. This works for anything and everything going on in your life.

SO my modo of the day is: GET UP AND GLOW!
Yes, that’s right… just do it! GET UP AND GLOW! 
You might be saying or thinking:” Yeah right P.V.S.P… how am I just going to get up after I had such a crappy day yesterday, my job sucks, my boyfriend left me, I got mugged last night, I can’t catch a break…yadda, yadda, yadda..
I hate to break it to ya but those are all excuses. If you choose to focus on what is not or has not worked out for you then all you are going to get is negativity and lack or progress in your goals. It may be a challenge at first but you just have to focus your mind on GOOD THOUGHTS, focus on what you want and then *like magic* you will start to see a change… even if its as simple as changing your mind from thinking that its a horrible grey day outside (and letting that set the dark mood of your entire day…) to thinking and feeling that you can conquer the world today no matter what it looks like!

A whole bunch of mumbo jumbo? Perhaps it might seem like that… I can’t squeeze all my knowledge into a few paragraphs. Thats why you need to stay tuned each day for my tips. I promise you will see results!
You gotta start with baby steps as is with anything!

As for me, I’m going to have ice cream as the main part of my lunch… I’ll jump rope it off later!
Remember, you can do ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING in this world. We just gained our first African American President in the history of the U.S.A didn’t we? Yeah… ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!
